Components Checked During a Septic Inspection:
The pre-pour inspection is the first opportunity to evaluate a property. This inspection occurs prior to pouring the slab. The pre-pour inspection evaluates site drainage, foundation components, plumbing lines, and other embedded items.
Site plans are commonly available for review during this phase.
Pre-drywall is the home inspection phase that occurs after the installation of the foundation, roofing components, electrical rough-in, plumbing rough-in, HVAC, doors and windows. This phase occurs prior to drywall being installed.
During this phase, components often obstructed by drywall are able to be observed.
This home inspection follows the TREC Standards of Practice. This is the final inspection of the new home construction phase inspections.
The home should be move-in ready when this inspection occurs.
New construction comes with a warranty. This warranty is typically 1 year from completion of construction.
The 11 Month Warranty Inspection is a thorough inspection that can uncover any issues that have presented themselves after construction completion. This is often the last opportunity for the homeowner to have the builder of the home correct issues.
We are certified Commercial Property Inspectors.

Waterfront properties often come with bulkheads or seawalls. The bulkhead is an important property component that can carry huge repair or replacement costs.
Our inspectors dive the bulkhead during a property inspection to thoroughly inspect the bulkhead to confirm the condition of the bulkhead
